1. Services

PrivacyPatrol offers specialized privacy protection learning sessions, including live consultations and workshops ("Services"). Scheduling, changes, and cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Infoproducts

We provide digital courses, e-books, and tutorial videos ("Info Products") designed for self-paced study.

3. Goods

Physical materials and branded items ("Goods") are available for purchase.

4. Payment Terms

Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or electronic wallet. All payments are processed securely.

5. Reimbursement Policy

5.1 General Guidelines

Reimbursement requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. To request a reimbursement, please use our Contact Form and include your order details.

5.2 Services

If you cancel a scheduled Service at least 48 hours prior, we will issue a full reimbursement. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session start will not qualify for reimbursement but may be eligible for rescheduling at no extra charge.

5.3 Info Products

Requests for reimbursement of Info Products are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than two modules have been accessed. Approved reimbursement will be processed via the original payment channel within 7 business days.

5.4 Goods

Goods may be sent back in unused condition within 30 days of delivery for reimbursement. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the sent back Goods.

6. No Reimbursement Services

Certain promotional Services or bundled offers are marked as non-reimbursable. These offers are clearly labeled, and reimbursement is not available once purchased, due to the special pricing structure.
